Funding

1. Can I use my funding for services at BridgeKids?

Yes! All our services are eligible for funding. These services include, but are not limited to:
  • 1:1 intervention
  • Social groups
  • Parent consultation
  • Online courses

2. How do I use my funding once I start a service (group or 1:1 intervention)?

Once you decide to start a service (either 1:1 intervention or social groups), follow these steps:
Submit a Request to Pay form. You can:
  • Fill out the form and send it back to us—we will submit it on your behalf.
  • Submit it through your online portal. If you choose this option, please notify us so our finance team can monitor the account to ensure the funding is received at our center.

3. When should I submit the Request to Pay form?

You only need to submit the Request to Pay form once per service provider per funding period. Duplicate submissions will not be accepted by the funding unit.
If you need to adjust the funding amount, you can:
  • Call the funding unit.
  • Use the online portal to submit an amendment request.

4. What if I need to adjust the amount?

You can call the funding unit to initiate an amendment request or any changes:

Online Portal Option:
Alternatively, you can use your online portal to locate the amendment request form and follow the provided instructions

5. Reimbursement:

If your family has not yet decided on a service type but requires a specific service (e.g., a 2-hour package or screening), we will request payment upfront. After the service is provided, we can assist you in submitting a reimbursement request using your funding.
Once the funding is received, we will process the reimbursement accordingly.
